Holidays, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Columbus Day are at high-season
rates.
In season rates are from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day weekend. A two night minimum is required for weekends and a three night for holiday weekends.
A one night deposit is required at the time of reservation. 1/3 of weekly rate is required as a deposit when booking the apartment for a week. We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and personal checks. A 7% Maine lodging tax is not included in rates.
Check-in is at 2:00 PM. After 7:00 PM, please
call.
Check-out is 11:00 AM.
Deposits may be refunded if notified 14 days prior to arrival, less a $20.00 cancel fee. No refunds for early departures.
Gift Certificates are available.
We are smoke free. No pets please. Children over 12 yrs are welcome. Rates include a full breakfast and use of all amenities: pool, Jacuzzi, steam room. A license is required for trout fishing.
