POLICIES
RATES
Room rates are based on a maximum occupancy of 2 per room.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Check-out time is prior to 11 a.m. Arrangements may be made for earlier or later check-ins/check outs. Please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
There is a 3-night minimum stay during the summer season (late June through early September). We occasionally have two-night gaps that we're happy to fill. Please call to inquire.
PETS
We regret that we cannot accommodate pets, although in special circumstances an exception might be possible.
PARKING
There is ample parking at the Inn.
SMOKING
Please, no smoking throughout the house, pool area, and terraces.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At the Beauport Inn, we value our guests above everything else. We know that life happens, plans change, and emergencies come up. We will never put making a dollar over being caring and considerate human beings.
All we ask is that if your plans change, please let us know as soon as humanly possible. By giving us a heads-up early, you give another traveler a chance to experience this special B&B.
